LeaseChronicle helps self-managing residential landlords organize property, tenancy, rent, maintenance, communication, notice, evidence, timeline, and case-preparation records.

LeaseChronicle is a recordkeeping and organization tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not guarantee that records will be admissible, complete, accurate, or sufficient for any legal matter.

Users must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization members may access sensitive records, so account owners are responsible for granting access only to appropriate people.

Users must have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to collect, upload, process, share, and export tenant and third-party information. LeaseChronicle may not be used for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, fraud, malware distribution, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Users retain their rights in records and evidence they submit. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, context, and completeness of those materials and for maintaining any originals required by law or professional advice.

Users must review uploads and avoid submitting Social Security numbers, government identification, complete bank or payment-card credentials, information about minors, medical information, or unrelated private material unless it is necessary for a lawful purpose and the user is authorized to retain it.

Preserving a case intentionally restricts ordinary edits and removals. Supplemental records may be added afterward. Exported packages are organizational aids for review by a qualified attorney or other professional; file hashes demonstrate whether stored bytes match a verified upload but do not prove who created a file or whether its contents are true.

The service may change, experience interruptions, or require maintenance. Users should download important case packages and maintain records appropriate to their own legal and business obligations.

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other organizations’ data, overload the service, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with security and integrity controls.

LeaseChronicle may suspend access to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or prevent harm. Final launch terms must define account closure, export windows, evidence and backup retention, preserved-case treatment, and procedures for legal holds or lawful requests.

Before launch, qualified counsel must add the operating company identity and contact details, governing law, dispute process, subscription and cancellation terms, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity terms, intellectual-property provisions, notice procedures, and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights.
